We have received many questions from our clients regarding pangasius and one of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) is: "How do you cook Pangasius fish? In order to answer this FAQ, here we come up with some tasty recipes that you can try to refresh your menu.

Heat 1 tsp oil and sauté the shallots till golden. Add the white wine and reduce to half.
Heat oil in the pan, stir fry garlic, chili, leek and ginger till fragrant. Deep fry fish portion and then put it into the pan

Add your preferred seasonings to the fish. Make sure a piece of fillet is fully covered by tempura flour

Cut fried breaded fillet into pieces Toast 2 slices of sandwich and slice all veggies
Sprinke a pinch of salt, dry rosemary and pepper onto raw fish fillet
Fish fillet after being thoroughly washed will be drained off and dried out before cooking. Add salt and pepper to fillet and leave it there for a while

Heat oil in the pan, add bay leaf, green chili then onion tomato paste and curry powder. Mix in 1 cup of water, bring to boil then add the fish and cook for another 34 minutes

Sprinkle on the chili  and coriander then serve with rice.
